1. Return Period

We support returns within 30 calendar days after parcel delivery.

2. Eligible Return Standard

Items must be unworn, scratch-free, intact with original gift box, tags and certificates, no artificial damage to stones and plating.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom engraved jewelry, resized rings, clearance sale items, goods damaged by personal wear and chemical corrosion cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Shipping Cost Responsibility

Buyer bears return shipping cost for personal reasons such as dislike and inappropriate size. We cover all shipping fees for defective items, wrong shipment and missing accessories, customers can choose full refund or free re-delivery.

5. Refund Process

Please contact customer service first to get authorized return address. We will complete full refund to original payment account within 3–7 working days after receiving and inspecting returned goods.
