All moissanite jewelry is pre-stored in our official US local overseas warehouse (Los Angeles, West Coast & New Jersey, East Coast). All orders are shipped domestically within the United States, no cross-border shipping, no customs clearance, no import duties for US mainland customers.

1. Order Processing Time

In-stock standard items will be packed and shipped from US warehouse within 1 -3business day after payment confirmation, maximum processing time no more than 72 hours. Processing will be suspended on weekends and US federal holidays.

Custom personalized items (engraving, ring resizing) require 4–6 working days for manual production before local delivery. We will notify buyers by email if order backlog causes delays, free order cancellation is available.

2. Free Shipping Eligibility

1. Contiguous 48 States of America: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS, NO MINIMUM SPEND REQUIREMENT.

2. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US overseas territories: Free shipping is unavailable, fixed remote surcharge $12.99 will be automatically calculated at checkout.

3. We only provide domestic delivery within the United States, international shipping to Canada, Europe, Southeast Asia and other countries is temporarily unavailable.

Estimated delivery time for Contiguous 48 States: 2–5 business days.

Tracking number will be sent to your registered email once shipped, full logistics tracking available, basic parcel insurance included for free.

Expedited Express Shipping (Optional Paid Upgrade)

Flat expedited fee: $9.99

Carrier: UPS / FedEx expedited service

Delivery time: 1–3 business days, signature confirmation required for high-value jewelry parcels, full insurance coverage.

4. Premium Secure Packaging & Parcel Insurance

Every moissanite jewelry piece is packed with branded gift box, shockproof padding and authenticity certificate. Discreet plain outer packaging to avoid package theft.

All free shipping parcels come with full insurance equivalent to product value for free. If parcel is lost or damaged during transit verified by carrier official proof, customers can choose full original payment refund or free re-delivery of brand-new item from US warehouse.

5. Lost, Mis-Shipped & Damaged Parcel Solution

We will assist customers to file loss claims with local carriers if tracking shows delivered but parcel is not received. Once loss is confirmed, full refund or free reshipment will be arranged immediately.

We bear all local return shipping fees for wrong item delivery and missing accessories, support free exchange or full refund.

Customers must provide damage photos within 3 calendar days after delivery, otherwise the parcel will be deemed received in intact condition.

6. Tax & Customs Exemption Statement

Goods have completed customs clearance and paid all import taxes before being stored in US overseas warehouse. Domestic local delivery will not generate any import duty, sales tax or customs inspection fees, buyers bear zero tax costs.

7. Undeliverable Regions

We do not deliver to any countries outside the United States mainland, as well as international sanctioned countries.
