1. Eligibility for Purchase

This website only serves individual consumers aged 18 or above for personal wear and gift use. Resale, bulk wholesale, commercial stocking and arbitrage orders are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious commercial orders without prior notice.

2. Product Pictures, Specification & Color Difference Disclaimer

All moissanite jewelry photos are real shot products. Minor color difference caused by different monitor screen parameters shall not be regarded as product quality defects. Ring size, chain length, gemstone parameters on the page are for reference only; customers shall verify specifications before payment.

3. Order Modification & Cancellation Rules

（1）。 Non-custom in-stock orders: Free cancellation within 24 hours after payment. If the order has entered packaging procedure over 24 hours, a 5% material loss fee will be deducted for cancellation.

（2）. Custom engraved, ring resized personalized orders: Once production starts, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

（3）. We have the absolute right to cancel high-risk abnormal orders, fraudulent orders and multiple-address suspicious orders, and arrange full refund to the original payment account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All website logos, original product photos, copywriting, jewelry design sketches and display content are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, screenshot stealing, commercial reproduction and counterfeiting by third parties are prohibited. We will pursue legal liabilities for copyright infringement.

5. Skin Allergy Disclaimer

Our jewelry adopts S925 silver and platinum-plated craft. A small number of people will have allergic reactions to metal materials due to personal physical differences. Skin allergy after wearing shall not be identified as product quality problem, and return and refund applications for allergic reasons will not be supported.

6. Force Majeure Exemption

We shall not be liable for delivery delays, parcel detention caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, customs inspection detention, logistics carrier strikes, overseas policy adjustment and other objective uncontrollable factors. We will assist customers to track logistics information, but we will not accept compulsory refund demands due to force majeure delays.

7. Price & Promotion Adjustment Right
